Delivery areas

- Mauritius and Rodrigues.
- International: Reunion Island, mainland France, other European Union countries and other destinations offered at checkout.

Delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

- Mauritius: 2 to 5 business days by courier, or free click & collect at the pickup point shown at checkout, when offered; orders are kept for 14 days.
- International: 5 to 10 business days by express carrier (DHL), with tracking.

These times are estimates; in any event, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order, unless another time is agreed.

Costs

Delivery costs depend on destination, weight and delivery method. They are shown before payment.

Customs duties and import taxes

Shipments outside Mauritius may be subject to customs duties, import VAT (for example in the European Union) or local taxes (for example dock dues in Reunion Island), as well as carrier clearance fees. These amounts are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout. If a parcel is refused for this reason, the return costs and taxes incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Tracking and incidents

An e-mail with a tracking number is sent on shipment. If a parcel is damaged, incomplete, lost or not received, contact info@omae.mu, if possible within 48 hours with photos: we open a claim with the carrier and find a solution (reshipment or refund). Risk only passes to you when the parcel is actually handed over to you.
