14-day withdrawal

You may change your mind and return an item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, including sale items. E-mail us at info@omae.mu (or use the withdrawal form), then send the item back within the following 14 days to: OMAE - Returns, Unit 18, Building B, Domaine de Labourdonnais, Quartier des Serres, Mapou 31803, Mauritius. In Mauritius, drop-off by appointment is possible.

Condition of items

Please return items unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. A damaged or worn item may be subject to a deduction for its diminished value.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear bottoms with the hygiene liner removed cannot be returned unless defective. Personalised items cannot be returned.

Refunds

We refund the price and the initial standard delivery costs within 14 days at the latest, to the original payment method and in the original currency (same card or Juice account). We may wait until we receive the item or proof of its return. Return shipping costs remain payable by you, unless the item is defective or we made an error. No cash refunds.

You may also choose an exchange for another size or colour (subject to stock) or a store credit.

Defective or wrong item

Contact us with photos: we repair, replace or refund the item under the applicable legal guarantee and pay the return costs.

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled free of charge until it is shipped; it is then refunded in full.
